  • Organizing the process of cargo supply within established deadlines, in the required quantity, and with minimal costs;
  • Selecting the optimal logistics scheme;
  • Negotiating freight rates;
  • Monitoring the movement of cargo in transit;
  • Searching for and engaging new contractors;
  • Communication with contractors;
  • Working with counterparties;
  • Submission of confirmed (verified) invoices, for payment and monitoring payment status;
  • Maintaining accompanying documentation;
  • Data administration in automated systems.
  • Experience in multimodal transportation for at least 2 years;
  • Fluent oral and written English (Upper-Intermediate level);
  • Proficiency in 1C, MS Office programs;
  • Communication skills, responsibility, attention to detail;
  • Ability to work in a team and convey information;
  • Desire for development, acquiring new knowledge, and skills.
