SYNEX Logistics (LLC “ATSF”) Obtains Customs Broker Authorization
SYNEX Logistics (LLC “ATSF”) has officially obtained authorization to operate as a customs broker in accordance with the updated customs legislation of Ukraine, harmonized with European Union regulations.
Securing this authorization is a strategically important step in view of the end of the transitional period on 19 April 2026, after which customs clearance for a significant share of foreign economic activity participants will be possible exclusively through authorized customs brokers. Previous brokerage permits will become invalid, and all market participants will be required to operate solely within the authorization framework.
Key market changes

19 April 2026 — end of the transitional period and full transition to the authorization-based system.
-

-
Objective of the reform — implementation of EU customs legislation, introducing higher standards of accountability, transparency, and reliability for brokers.
-

What this means for SYNEX Logistics clients
Obtaining authorization confirms SYNEX Logistics’ readiness to operate in line with European standards and ensures clients:
-
uninterrupted and compliant customs clearance after 19 April 2026;
-
reduced regulatory and operational risks;
-
predictable clearance timelines and greater supply chain stability;
-
an integrated service model: logistics and customs clearance within a single provider.

Limited customs service capacity for SYNEX Logistics clients
Due to increased regulatory requirements for customs brokers and operation within the authorization framework, SYNEX Logistics works with a controlled number of clients for customs services.
We recommend reserving a customs service slot in advance to ensure continuity of your foreign trade operations after the end of the transitional period in 2026.
SYNEX Logistics is systematically preparing its clients for regulatory changes and ensuring stable operations in the context of Ukraine’s integration into the EU customs framework.
