SYNEX Logistics – 2 years of productive work
On June 17, SYNEX Logistics team traditionally celebrates the company anniversary. This is a perfect moment to look back, evaluate the results and define new horizons.
CEO at SYNEX Logistics Sergіі Ieremeiev notes:
2 years is a startup period for a company, a period for developing processes, directions, products, building a team. If we look back and draw conclusions today, we can say that a lot has already been done, but even more lies ahead of us.
What is SYNEX Logistics in 2024?
The period of company establishment is always difficult, not to mention the pitfalls, obstacles and war happening on our way. But more importantly, we are moving in a positive direction, fully satisfying the needs of our Customers. Thus, the past 2 years of our work can be described as fruitful cooperation between our team and the Customers.
- Today, SYNEX Logistics offers its clients fully tested and turnkey products and teams in such areas as road and air transportations, customs brokerage services and multimodal container transportations.
- Each of our teams includes professionals with 7+ years of working experience in international global companies.
- Having been born in Ukraine during a full-scale war, we have already entered the markets of Europe (the Czech Republic, Poland) and Central Asia (Kazakhstan).
- SYNEX Logistics is a proud member of many associations, such as EBA (European Business Association), the Association of International Freight Forwarders of Ukraine (AIFFU) and the Association of Customs Brokers of Ukraine (ACBU). The company has been certified by ISO 9001:2015 standard (Quality Management System).
- In addition to strengthening soft skills and developing the team, we teach our key employees FIATA standards to provide the best service to our Customers.
What’s next?
Sergіі Ieremeiev also shared the company’s dreams and plans for the future:
- We are focused on further development and rapid business growth in Ukraine in the next year that will become victorious for all Ukrainians.
- The Development Department continues to actively analyze the international market, in particular, we are currently looking at the Baltic market.
- Another vector is the establishment and development of already existing separate direction in our company – Break Bulk and OOG (Out of Gauge Cargo).
One of the big tasks today is to improve customer service. Digitalization of processes and offering our Customers solutions that facilitate document workflow between our companies, updating and informing on agreement implementation and much more are the things that we are currently working on.
