3 Years of International Logistics: SYNEX Logistics Journey from Startup to Global Partner

On June 17, SYNEX Logistics celebrates its third anniversary. In just three years, we have done more than streamline operations — we have built a robust team and a company culture grounded in initiative, openness, and partnership. Today, we move forward with confidence, guided by a clear sense of identity and direction.
From Bold Decisions to Strategic Expansion
SYNEX Logistics was launched in June 2022 in Ukraine — right in the midst of a full-scale war. The initial phase was anything but easy, presenting significant challenges: urgent shipments, disrupted supply chains, and the imperative for rapid response. It was during this time that our core values were born: adaptability, proactivity, and customer focus.
From a small team, we’ve grown into a group of over 60 logistics professionals. We’ve expanded beyond national borders, building a global client base that now spans hundreds of partners across the world.
